Managing Your Tickets South Florida Bulls Fan App

Visit your mobile phone app store and download the South Florida Bulls app! For the walkthrough provided below, we used an Apple device.

After downloading and opening the app, you will be asked to establish your preferences on news and updates from all USF sports. After making your selection, you will begin on the home screen below.

Scroll to the right along the South Florida bar to get to "Tickets" and tap the icon.

Under the Tickets bar, select the option to go to your USF Account Manager.

Tap the "Sign Into University of South Florida" button if you have purchased tickets over the phone or through your USF Account Manager. If you have purchased tickets on Ticketmaster.com, select "Sign Into Ticketmaster."

Please note: You will need a valid e-mail address on file with the USF Ticket Office in order to access your Account Manager. If you do not remember your password, simply click "Forgot Password?" above the SIGN IN box.

Select "Continue" to proceed to log into your account.

Use your Account Manager information to log into your account. (Email Address & Password).

You will see your upcoming events upon logging in. Simply tap the event to proceed to manage your tickets.

If you would like to view your tickets or add them to your mobile wallet, simply select either option under the event. If you would like to send your tickets to friends or family, tap the "Transfer" button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Select the seats you would like to transfer and tap "Transfer To."

Enter the name and either the mobile number or email address of the person you'd like to send the tickets to.

After clicking the "Transfer Tickets" button on the bottom right corner of the screen, your tickets will be sent to the person requested within moments, you are all set!
