Open the GoDucks Gameday app, click on the Tickets and Passes tab, then click on Manage My Tickets.

STEP 1

Click on the desired game, click Transfer, and select the specific seat(s) you would like to send.

Choose your recipient's info from the address book on your phone, or enter an email address or mobile phone number manually.

Verify the recipient's information and click Transfer Tickets. If you entered a mobile number, you will be prompted to send a text message.
A link to accept the transfer will be sent to your recipient, who must accept the seat(s) prior to the start of the game.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of Mobile Tickets?
A mobile ticket is a convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against paper ticket fraud. You are probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? It is our effort to make your experience with Oregon Athletics the very best. Mobile tickets provide:

  • Quick and easy entry to any University of Oregon venue using your smartphone
  • Instant access to all your tickets through the Go Ducks Gameday app
  • The ability to manage, send or sell your tickets any time
  • Reduced risk of lost or forgotten tickets
  • An easy way to go green by printing less paper

How much does the app cost?
The Go Ducks Gameday app and mobile ticketing are FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets on your smartphone, including accessing tickets for mobile entry, forwarding tickets or selling tickets online.

What if I don’t know how to use access my tickets on my smartphone?
In short, we will teach you. Whether through our instructional guides and videos at goducks.com/mobiletickets or by reaching out to us via email (tickets@uoregon.edu) or phone (541-346-8281), our staff can assist you. All of our staff members are extremely well-versed on our mobile ticketing platform, and are willing to help. Our staff can also send you a link for a virtual meeting so you can see and talk to a representative live to get your mobile account set up.

What if I don't have a smartphone?
Fans can contact their ticket sales representative at 541-346-8281, and they will work with you to determine the best way to make sure you can get into the game.

How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?
Download the Go Ducks Gameday app from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store. Go to “Tickets” or “Manage Tickets.” Browse for the specific event you are looking for and tap to see your tickets. When you get to the event, present your smartphone to the guest services representative to have your ticket scanned. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, swipe to navigate between them.

Can I print my ticket from home?
No. With mobile tickets, all tickets are fully mobile and only accessible on your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket must be provided either within the app, the mobile website or within your phone’s wallet to gain entry.

What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?
We recommend turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, your ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket number directly into the scanner.

What if I lose connectivity/can’t connect to my account at the event?
Our app includes an offline mode that helps to save tickets after you view them. Once the tickets have been added to your account, you will be able to access them regardless of internet connectivity. To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend adding your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet before arriving at the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay. Many Oregon Athletics venues have a guest WiFi available at the gates to make accessing your tickets simple and easy.

When should I view my ticket?
We recommend that you view and add your tickets to your phone’s wallet at least 48 hours before the event.

What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?
We will offer assistance at our main box office.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. However, we recommend transferring any tickets you’re holding in advance to everyone attending. Everyone can enter on their own, explore the venue, and you can meet at your seats.

What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?
We make it easy to send tickets to everyone in your party in advance. You can easily transfer each member their own ticket in advance, allowing everyone to enter on their own.

How do I send a ticket?
It's easy! Using the Go Ducks Gameday app, sign in to your account.

  • Select My Events, then tap the event you’d like to transfer tickets for
  • Tap Transfer, select the ticket(s) you’d like to send, and enter the recipient's info
  • You’re all set. We’ll send an email to your recipient to accept their tickets right in their account
  • Sending tickets to multiple people? Simply complete the steps above for each person

Does the person I send the tickets to need an account with the University of Oregon?
Yes. If they don’t have one already, they can easily create one in just a few minutes when they accept their tickets.

What if I forward tickets to the wrong person, can I recall the tickets?
Yes. You can reclaim tickets as long as they haven’t already been accepted by the recipient. We recommend double-checking the email just to be safe.

Can ticket holders transfer tickets after the event has started?
Yes. However, you may not sell tickets after the event has begun.

If I have a physical ticket, can I still use the mobile app?
Yes. As long as tickets remain in your account, the barcode in the Go Ducks Gameday app will mirror those of your physical tickets. However, if you initiate a transfer, or post your tickets for re-sale, even if the transaction is never completed, the barcodes on your physical tickets will be voided.

How do I sell a ticket?
Selling tickets is super easy and safe with the Go Ducks Gameday app and can be done in just a few steps:

  • In the Go Ducks Gameday app, tap ‘Manage My Tickets'
  • Select the tickets you’d like to sell and enter your asking price
  • Next, select your payment methods
  • Tap ‘Sell Tickets’ and you’re all set. Your tickets will be listed and we’ll let you know as soon as they sell

Is my personal information secure?
Yes! Our venue is PCI compliant, giving you the highest available security to ensure that your credit card and account password are all well-protected.

But what if I've always collected ticket stubs as souvenirs?
We have you covered! For many of our events and memorable games, after the game you will have the opportunity to purchase commemorative tickets to be able to keep as souvenirs. To purchase these tickets, click here.
 

Season Ticket Holders: Account Manager

What is Account Manager?
Account Manager gives you the ability to easily manage your season tickets whether you want to view, send, resell or donate your tickets to charity.

What is the difference between the new and previous version of Account Manager?
Account Manager has been completely redesigned, making it easier than ever to manage your tickets. Now you can quickly navigate the homepage, manage your tickets and pay your invoices both online and from any mobile device.

How do I log in?
Use the same email address and password that you used to log in to the previous version. You can sign in from your mobile device or desktop. Please note that you can no longer sign in with your Account Number.

How do I pay invoices?
To pay your invoice, follow these steps:

  • Click on 'Invoice'
  • Select 'Payment Options'
  • Enter your information
  • Confirm the payment amount
  • Click 'Continue'
