The app itself works okay most of the time, although it's pretty slow. But Ticketmaster's authentication is maddening how it forces me to login again every single time I use the app.

Sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesn't. The app times out and does not get you Access to your tickets. Not the best app.

Worst UI I've ever used. There are also many backend problems that will lock your account. Only using it because I have to. The app just sucks
