As of August 2021 & until further notice, the Harrah’s Cherokee Center - Asheville, which consists of the ExploreAsheville.com Arena and Thomas Wolfe Auditorium, has updated their health and safety requirements to attend the venue’s concerts, events, and conventions.
All event attendees must meet at least (1) one of the following requirements AND provide documentation prior to entry to the performance:
Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose prior to event date)
Take a COVID-19 diagnostic test (PCR or antigen) within 72 hours of the event date and receive a negative test result.
Acceptable forms of documentation include:
Physical vaccination card with your name clearly legible
Photo, scan, or digital copy of your vaccination card on your phone
Official negative test confirmation (physical document or email confirmation)
Attendees will be advised to not attend their scheduled event if they meet any and/or all of the following criteria will be advised to not attend their scheduled event:
Have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or refuse to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within the required time frame to enter the venue
Unwilling to provide accepted documentation of a full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result
Have recently been exposed to a confirmed COVID-19 case
Are exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the 24 hours prior to the event
MASKS ARE REQUIRED unless actively eating or drinking. If you are unable to adhere to these testing and vaccination requirements, you may request a refund no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday August 25, 2021.
