 Dear Fans of Aura, we have news!

The #HOTSHOW at AURA is getting bigger and moving to the Cross Insurance Arena! Hot Summer 2022 is now starring Russ, YG, Millyz, and Sleazyworld Go!

What does this mean for you as a ticket holder?

If you would like to keep your ticket we will be re-issuing tickets to the buyers of the Aura event and placing all concertgoers into RSVD Seats as an even exchange (seats highlighted in Pink on the seating map below). However if you do not want RSVD seating, and rather be on the GA Floor, you have through Wednesday, June 11th to choose a refund. If you do not choose this option by June 11th, your tickets will remain valid at the new venue. 

We are moving all GA tickets purchased at Aura to RSVD seats at the new venue, but we understand that you may still want to be on the floor. At this time we are providing you a code: YGSHOW to repurchase during the presale to get GA Floor tickets at Cross Insurance Arena. You have the option at this time to get a refund for your GA Floor tickets at AURA  & The Early Bird presale period has started now and ends Thursday, May 12th at 10PM! 

To start the refund process:

You can contact Ticketmaster from your online account.

Simply log-in to ticketmaster.com 

Click: Select Your Order, buy clicking "See Details" next to the YG Show event, scroll down and hit the 'Contact Us' button on that page. 

Fan Support representatives are available Monday thru Sunday from 9am-12am (midnight) Eastern time zone.
