Fans can begin entering the venue at 6 PM.

Showtime

The concert will begin at 7 PM. Sabrina Carpenter goes on stage around 8:15 PM.

Merchandise can be purchased in the atrium and around the concourse.

XL Center Sports Bar

Fuel up before the concert at the XL Center Sports Bar. Located on the corner of Church Street and Ann Uccello Street, the Sports Bar will open at 6:30 PM for food and drinks. 

*Guests can still place bets during normal XL Center Sports Bar hours.

Information on parking and directions can be found on our website. Please allow for ample time to find parking downtown when planning your arrival.

Our specialty cocktail of the night, Espresso can be found at the Loyal 9 Fan Club bar.

Guest Services

Guest Services is located outside of Section 124. A guest service representative is available to assist you with questions, lost & found items, and other needs. 

First Aid

The first aid station is behind Section 113. There will be periods of strobe and haze effects during the performances. 

Re-Entry

Once a guest enters the arena, they are not allowed to leave and return to the event.
