Doors open to the XL Center at 6:00pm at which time you will go through security screening, have your ticket scanned and then receive a GA wristband.
We recommend ticket holders arrive ONE hour before venue doors open, but a line for entry can begin forming no earlier than 2:00pm. Fans with General Admission tickets will enter at the Church Street Entrance, located across from 200 Church Street, Hartford CT 06103. |

Per Hartford Police, OVERNIGHT LINES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
- Guests are not permitted to "hold" a place in line for others arriving later.

Guests are allowed to have a reasonable amount of food and non-alcoholic beverages while in line. Please note, there are no public restrooms outside the venue.

Please be respectful of other guests - no running, pushing or line jumping; no alcohol or drugs; no glass containers; no selling of tickets, wristbands, concessions or merchandise; no animals (except service animals); no smoking.

Ticket holders found in violation of the General Admission policy may be asked to surrender their tickets and leave the XL property.
