Parking Gates: Open at 3 PM

Arena Doors: Scheduled for 6 PM

Show Time: Scheduled for 7 PM

Please plan to arrive early and be parked before 6 PM!

Parking Gates: Open at 10 AM

Arena Doors: Scheduled for 1 PM

Show Time: Scheduled for 2 PM

Please plan to arrive early and be parked before 1 PM!

Monster Jam Pit Party

Fans who upgraded their experience to include the Monster Jam Pit Party should plan to arrive at the arena before the start of each party. Pit Party starts at 4:30 PM for Saturday and 11:30 AM for Sunday. The Pit Party doors will close an hour before each show's start. Fans should plan to arrive as early as possible to ensure access to the full experience. 

Fans must show their Pit Party tickets as well as their Monster Jam ticket for entry.

Monster Jam Meet & Greet

Fans who upgraded their experience to include the postshow Meet & Greet should meet at the bottom of the North side venue stairs by Section 117. A venue representative will escort fans to the meet & greet location. 

Bag Policy

For safety and efficiency, we recommend entering without a bag. If necessary, guests are permitted to bring in one small bag that meets the following guidelines.

PERMITTED BAGS

Clear Bags: Clear vinyl or plastic bags, one-gallon Ziploc-style storage bags, and clear vinyl or plastic backpacks, measuring no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.

Small Clutch Bags: Small bags up to 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand), with or without a handle or strap, do not have to be clear.

Medical Bags: Medical bags, including diaper bags when accompanied by a child, will be inspected before entry.

Cashless Policy

Greensboro Complex no longer accepts cash for parking fees, ticket sales, and concessions. A debit or credit card will be required for payment. Contactless options are accepted at most payment terminals. 

Mobile Tickets

Please download your tickets to your digital wallet before you arrive. No screenshots of tickets accepted. Transfer tickets to individuals within your group who may not be entering simultaneously.

Tickets will be scanned after the security screening. Please hold your tickets up so staff can scan without touching your phone or ticket.

Arrival and Parking

Greensboro Complex, Greensboro Department of Transportation and Greensboro Police Department (GPD) advise all patrons to plan to arrive early and to carpool.
