Greensboro Complex, Greensboro Department of Transportation and Greensboro Police Department (GPD) advise all patrons to plan to arrive early and to carpool.
Fans arriving with limited mobility can be dropped off and escorted into the arena through an exclusive lane in the North Entry parking lot.

For safety and efficiency, we recommend entering without a bag. If necessary, guests are permitted to bring in one small bag that meets the following guidelines. All guests are subject to security screening upon entry, including metal detection and bag inspection. To help make entry quick and efficient, please arrive early.
PERMITTED BAGS Clear Bags: Clear vinyl or plastic bags, one-gallon Ziploc-style storage bags, and clear vinyl or plastic backpacks, measuring no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Small Clutch Bags: Small bags up to 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand), with or without a handle or strap, do not have to be clear.
Medical Bags: Medical bags, including diaper bags when accompanied by a child, will be inspected before entry. Bags are not permitted that are larger than 12” x 6” x 12”

Please download your mobile tickets to your digital wallet before you arrive. No screenshots of tickets will be accepted. Transfer tickets to individuals within your group who may not be entering simultaneously.
Tickets will be scanned after the security screening. Please hold your tickets up so staff can scan without touching your phone or ticket. |

Greensboro Complex no longer accepts cash for parking fees, ticket sales, and concessions. A debit or credit card will be required for payment. Contactless options are accepted at most payment terminals. |
