Showtimes:

• December 5th | 11:00 AM & 7:00 PM
• December 6th | 10:30 AM & 2:30 PM & 6:30 PM

• December 7th | 10:30 AM & 2:30 PM & 6:30 PM

Doors will open an hour prior to each showtime. 

For more show information, please visit the event detail page. Plan to arrive and be parked before the doors open for your show. 

The ticket office will be open at 12 PM on Thursday, December 4th and two hours before the first showtime of the day on December 5th-7th.

Bag Policy

For safety and efficiency, we recommend entering without a bag. If necessary, guests are permitted to bring in one small bag that meets the following guidelines.

PERMITTED BAGS

Clear Bags: Clear vinyl or plastic bags, one-gallon Ziploc-style storage bags, and clear vinyl or plastic backpacks, measuring no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.

Small Clutch Bags: Small bags up to 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand), with or without a handle or strap, do not have to be clear.

Medical Bags: Medical bags, including diaper bags when accompanied by a child, will be inspected before entry.

Cashless Policy

Greensboro Complex no longer accepts cash for parking fees, ticket sales, and concessions. A debit or credit card will be required for payment. Contactless options are accepted at most payment terminals. 

Mobile Tickets

Please download your tickets to your digital wallet before you arrive. No screenshots of tickets accepted. Transfer tickets to individuals within your group who may not be entering simultaneously.

Tickets will be scanned after the security screening. Please hold your tickets up so staff can scan without touching your phone or ticket.

Arrival and Parking

Greensboro Complex, Greensboro Department of Transportation and Greensboro Police Department (GPD) advise all patrons to plan to arrive early and to carpool.
